The goal was to research a famous graphic designer and create a poster in their style using Psalm 23. Will Bradley was an American Art Nouveau illustrator and artist from the 19th and 20th centuries. His designs, while structured by sections and borders, were dominated by illustrations filled with sweeping whiplash curves. In keeping with Bradley’s style, abstracted plant and human forms were used in the Psalm 23 poster, as well as a predominantly grayscale palette with notes of red for emphasis. A simple blackletter typeface was also used, reflecting a large portion of Bradley’s work.
